Don’t forget these important additions to your website

  • Free information. Add a newsletter, online tax tips, something that benefits the reader.
  • Call to action. Tell them what to do; e.g., “Contact us for a free consultation” or “Sign up for our e-mail newsletter.”
  • Ask for referrals. This approach is a tried-and-true success. Word of mouth is powerful.
  • List testimonials. People love to know what others think and are persuaded by the opinions of your satisfied clients. Ask your clients for testimonials and display them prominently on your website.
  • Make sure your website reflects your firm’s image. You should feel good about how the site portrays your firm. If the site doesn’t do the trick, change it.
